The launch of the expansion also sees the addition of new Nurgle reinforcements – the Meltagun and Krak Grenades variant of the Plague Marine, the Fleshmower variant of the Foetid Bloat-Drone, and the Noxious Blightbringer – to base game as part of a free update. All players now encounter these enemies in the campaign.
